Connecticut’s Plan for American Rescue Plan Act funding allocates no funding for the production and preservation of affordable housing and the legislature does not plan to approve or modify the allocation during this special session, despite deep and urgent housing needs in Fairfield County and across the state.

Fairfield Housing Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3), mission oriented organization which was set up by Fairfield Housing Authority to act independently to help reposition affordable housing assets such as the Pine Tree Apartments and Trefoil Court residences, as well as other housing opportunities as they arise in and around Fairfield County.
